RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING :
We take utmost care in recruiting our personnel. We recruit educated and fit persons and train them in basic security training and necessary skills to perform security duties. We also recruit Armed Ex-Servicemen, verified Police and Para military personnel upon clientβs requirements. All our men are trained in first Aid, Firefighting and self-defence. Our security personnel are trained by retired defence service officers, Police and fire fighting officers. Initially the training is conducted in class room for a week and as per requirement, on job training is given, periodical training is carried out on specialized security jobs.
We have certain standards while recruiting our personnelβs, which are as follows:-
1. Minimum Qualification is matriculation.
2. Should be physically fit and sound.
3. Should know at least local language other than his mother tongue.
4. Should be within the age group of 25 years to 45 years.
5. Address verification & Criminal Case History will be done.
7. Police Verification.
8. Background verification.
PERIODICAL CHECKS :
Periodical checks are essential to provide quality service to clients. Hence, senior officers of our organization are advised to visit unit regularly and supervise the performance of the security. They also submit reports about any abnormality observed and suggestions for the best operational systems of security. In addition to the above, senior field staff will carry out night rounds/checks on weekly basis.
REPLACEMENT :
We undertake to provide immediate replacements if there is any complaint against any individual by the client. Our company reserves the right to change/terminate any of its personnel during the tenure of the contract.
Details of Securities Scope of work :
Β· Security guards frequently communicate with each other with two way radios inside the premises of the campus ensure personal and personnel safety.
Β· Record every incident that occurs in the building, e.g. lift breakdown, power failure, alarm ringing, and notify those responsible for appropriate follow-up action.
Β· Performed equipment and machinery inspections on a regular basis.
Β· Reported on any fire alarm and security door mismanagement or malfunction.
Β· Ensured no unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
Β· Couriers will be distributed by the Courier boy accompany with a Security Guard.
Β· Handled emergency situations smoothly and efficiently.
Β· Answered visitors and guest queries and provided directions and assistance as needed.
Β· Donβt allow any visitor moving in without Supervisor permission.
Β· Tell all visitors to report to Supervisor and make the entry.
Β· Giving a proper direction to all vehicles coming in and out.

Β· Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other
Β· Persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.

Β· Check all the House maids In and out and check the ID cards.
Β· Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.

DURATION AND COMMENCEMENT OF THE CONTACT :
We normally enter into a contractual agreement for a period of one year from the date of confirmation of our service.
